E-SESS FORM –
Please follow the directions very carefully.  If information is not accurate, this will not upload to our online testing platform in order to be able to give your members access to their tests. The first tab is Instructions, second is an example, and your information should be populated in the third tab.  If you have groups competing as Teams, please populate the Team Name in this structure: School abbreviated, Assessment Name shortened, team number.  For example, if a team at York was competing in Accounting Analysis & Decision Making, their team name would be YCAADM1.
